Tomato Salad

This was dead easy and quite delicious!

I had some nice yellow tomatoes from my garden and were ready for the picking!

I sliced them up and put a few crumbles of goat cheese. Topped it off with Olive Oil, freshly ground black pepper and Lemon Thyme.
